Garden Hotel is located strategically in central Cordoba, so that our guests can visit the most important attractions without travelling by taxi or bus. Parque Sarmiento is no exception as it is only a twenty minute walk from the hotel to get there. Now let´s talk about some of the most relevant aspects about our gargantuan park.
Visiting Parque Sarmiento is an ideal leisure activity since it has a lot of vegetation and fresh air, a super cool amusement park and a family-friendly zoo. Firstly, it is important for tourists to have the possibility to relax when they go on holidays. Nobody wants to go to a place that has noise and pollution. That is why Cordoba is a smart option as this park has a vast piece of land with a lot of trees, plants and even a lake for people to take pleasant walks and forget about their problems. Secondly, when a family goes on holiday they should make sure that their children should have a place to go and enjoy themselves. That place is, without a doubt, the incredible amusement park which is in the heart of the park. It has fifteen diferent games according to the children´s age. Fun and safe entertainment are asured. Finally, a good option for a Sunday afternoon is to go the zoo and get to know some autochthonous animal and plant species that you had only seen in pictures before. Besides, kids can feed the animals and take photographs to give as presents to their friends back home. To summarize, Parque Sarmiento is an excellent option for the family staying in Cordoba because of the clean air, the machines you can ride on and the variety of animals and plants. However, Cordoba has a lot more attractions that I will discuss some other time.
